Stayed here with my girlfriend at a group rate for a friend's wedding, due to this, staff from the get go were unhappy. When we tried to check in and missed the managers call ( due to being at the wedding ceremony ) we were abruptly told no card was on file for us, which was odd, due to booking the room months in advance with said credit card. After ten minutes of back and forth with the manager, we were given our room key, but dismissed in a way that made us look like the ones who made the mistake in booking. Rooms are average and not up to date. We were on the second floor and could not find the elevator ( no signage ). The breakfast offered was good, but if you were still eating at 9:30 they locked the fridge, juice machine, and took away the coffee with out asking dinning guests if they were done eating.
The restaurant/bar that was attached to the restaurant, stayed open later to accommodate the wedding party/guests, though the staff running the bar was unfamiliar with how to make simple drinks, I and others attending the bar had to order multiple times with out receiving our order, and when reordering had to walk the bartender through how to make the drink of choice, amaretto sour, rum and coke, etc. More
