Jersey City is in the midst of a dining revival and this is a good addition to the scene. Urban smokehouse with all manner of meat cuts. We had the sampler with brisket, pork belly, and pork ribs. We thru in an extra beef rib too and all were moist and delish. Lots of side options available too (jalapeño corn bread was noteworthy). Menu is a mash of southern roadhouse and Mexican, so there are taco options too. Cocktails lean heavy on tequila variations; plus they have a decent selection of bourbons (nothing too rare, but not just Jack D either). Price is about what you'd expect up here. Relaxed/casual atmosphere (wood benches both inside and outdoor). Worth a visit.
