We recently stayed in the upstairs unit for a much needed vacation. Kate was wonderful to work with by allowing us to stay an extra two days on top of the weekly rental. We have vacationed in Cape May for ten years and adored our new find, the James Leaming Suite. As we walked up the steps, the kids ooed and awed at our new little hideaway. Walking into the apartment, we loved the hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings. The unit also had a renovated beautiful bathroom and kitchen that was perfect for a long stay. The rooms were seperated unlike an efficiency suite, so there was room to spread out. Walking the quaint streets of Cape May, we loved coming home to a quaint historical home on one of the best streets in town. We felt, based on experience, the accomodations were priced extremely well for our type of unit. We even received two beachtags One night, we ate in the backyard where there was a nice table surrounded by Kate's flower garden. My eight year old even commented on how nice it was. Centrally located, it was a very quick walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We left Cape May rejuvinated, feeling that we stepped back into time. My advice to a new Cape May traveler is to sit in the lifeguard chairs after having dinner at our favorite place the CView Inn. This was the exact kind of vacation we were looking for and plan on returning.More
