Last month we had 40 people for our daughter college graduation party at home.
Yossi Mizrachi, together with his Son Tal put an amazing buffet for us that could feed even 70 people
The cocking style is “Homemade” Every dish has 100% attention to the freshness of the products and to the presentation.
Here is what they sent us:
Salad and appetizers: Humus – did a mention Homemade?, Kale Salad, Israeli fresh vegetable salad which had Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Scallions, Radish, Red and Yellow Peppers,
The side dressing was simply made out of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Salt and black Pepper that we add to the salad before serving. Next was Tubule Salad full with Parsley. He also serve Beets Salad, The Beets was cuts as cubes, he add some olive oil to have them shine, wonderful presentation and not to talk about the taste.

Main Dishes: Original BBQ meat patties (Kebobs as it called in the Middle East) with Tehina souse on the side, Baked Salmon with capers in white wine souse, Chicken Marcella, Small roasted Potatoes, and Orzo with Mushrooms.

For Dessert we had a huge tray of fresh (did I said “fresh” already) Pineapples, Strawberries, Kiwis, Melons, Grapes, Blueberries,

Guys highly recommended personal touch with a big smile. Thank you Yossi and Tal for contribute such an amazing food to our party.

We worked with Foster Village for a catered brunch after my niece's Bat Mitzvah. Tal was VERY easy to work with and accomodated all of our special requests. The food was delivered on time, beautifully presented and was absolutely delicious! We definitely recommend them!
