This delightful cafe has a wonderful feel, excellent coffee and authentic French crepes, both savory and sweet, and outstanding macarons. They are not too sweet with nice subtle taste and interesting flavor combinations.
The best thing is, although popular, it is never insanely crowded and thus is a nice go-to on weekends where other in town cafes have upwards of an hour wait.
Great for breakfast, lunch, sweets or a snack!

I've been here a couple of times and most recently this past week. I specifically go here when I'm in Portsmouth to buy some of their macarons. They are visually beautiful and the flavors are of a great selection. They even have a selection of ice cream macarons. I have bought 3 or 4 at a time to eat while walking around the town and then always purchase a box of them before leaving for home. I lived in Europe a few years ago and enjoy the 'revisit' of Paris I have when going here. It's a lovely spot with friendly counter staff and be patient if there is a line. It's there for a reason.....this place is good! My boyfriend order some coffee and other items to eat; he gave them a 2 thumbs up. He's a coffee fanatic and critic so a big nod on their coffee is a worthy review!

We stopped here to pick up macarons which tasted exactly like the fancy ones we bought in France People were speaking French in the shop, so I really felt as though I had been transported to Paris. Each macaron was filled with fruit and natural ingredients. Although I don't eat chocolate, those with the fruit and chocolate were my husband's favorites. Don't be alarmed by the price. Every mouthful is worth its cost, and at least you don't have to worry about the currency exchange fee for euros!

We had coffee and pastry for breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed it and it was just a short walk from our hotel.
