My Husband and myself are from New England and we visit NH every year once or twice so we were looking for a place that could fit us all each time we come iinto town. I Bought a week in the spring and week in the summer timeshare here which consists of a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath 1 car garage with a game room private home. The place is huge can sleep 8-12 people. It's out dated but for the price and amount of people it can accommodate, you can't go wrong! The resort has an indoor pool you can use also in the winter months, play ground, basketball half court, tennis court, rec and fitness room . The resort is right next to Cranmore Mountain, right in the heart of North Conway, NH. You are right next to everything. Restaurants, pubs, shopping, entertainment and can't forget Conway Scenic Railroad. My family and I bought this timeshare before we ever visited it, and after visiting it I believe we made a great choice. We will definitely be back! And in previous reads on trip advisor those things you called rats are not rats they are chipmunks lol and sometimes they do find their way in if you leave windows or screen doors open.

This is not a resort in my opinion. It is spacious housing that is old and in need of lots of work. Definitely not 4 star. I was very nicely moved from unit 13 no heat in bedroom and furniture in livingroom totally worn out. Moved to unit 5 much larger with good furniture, but no heaters in either bathroom very cold. double glass doors need to be replaced badly cold air coming in made it very uncomfortable sitting at table. The water was warm but never hot so between the cold room and water temp did not use whirl tub. Only went to pool once the water is lovely and warm, but changing area is a small wooden stall outside of the pool area again cold. The staff we spoke with were very nice. I would not choose Crown Ridge again

Wow so dated and poor customer service. I purchased a 1 bedroom coupon, booked a 1 bedrm with pull out sofa as there was originally 4 of us. Didn't notice that when I got invoice they had us in a studio...a few weeks before we were to go one of the others noticed it so that meant 1 adult stayed home....the pullout was small and horrible and usually within 2 hrs the 8 yr old would wake up from a spring sticking in him and end up in the king with ma and pa. worst of all the studio was in the basement which is old, musty and moldy...absolutely worst RCI resort ever...never again. They had plenty of vacant condos and would not even consider moving family to something more agreeable.....

Reasonable place to spend a week. Lacked on site amenities Good central location for our purposes. Good restaurants and outlet shopping within reasonable drive. Friendly staff which was helpful in discounted lift tickets

We know the N.Conway area very well and have stayed at many different hotels. We now only want to stay in timeshare/condo's in order to have the extra room, separate bedrooms, and a kitchen. We stayed in a 3 bedroom stand-alone house at Crown Ridge and will definitely stay here again. It is dated but it is clean and very functional. There is some rust in the shower stall edges, the couch sags alittle, a couple stains on the rug. Nothing that bothers us. They lay-out was just perfect our family of 3 adults and 3 two year olds. (Yes, triplets!). They could hollar & run around the living room and it didn't disturb anyone other than us. The beds were good, the linens nice. Not luxury but nice. Each house has a different configuration. Our unit #12 had 2 bedrooms on the main level with a bathroom (tub/shower) and an open-concept living room, dining room, kitchen. Downstairs was a huge master bedroom (king) with bathroom with jetted tub & shower stall. Crown Ridge is only 3, 4 minutes from the main drag in N.Conway nestled in the woods. No view since the trees surround you & are close to the house. I noticed fans in the bedroom closets so I'm thinking it might get warm in the summer since the unit does not have AC. Staying the first week in March, we enjoyed the gas fireplace in the living room. No skiing for us this year. We cooked a couple times and did take out a couple times. Burgers & Rueben from Muddy Moose hit the spot for us. We took the toddlers to the Childrens Museum every day since they loved it so much. Great great place for kids aged 1-7. We also walked them thru Settlers Green and had cupcakes at the Cupcakery. Yum!

Room tip: Great for families!
