The wedding I attended here was beautiful as it was a quaint, charming venue. We were surrounded by love with family and friends. The scenery was beautiful.

Unfortunately I would never recommend this venue because of the planner. If you are looking to host a wedding which inevitably comes with many formalities and managing the flow of the day, this place just is not going to provide the service. The wedding planner looked miserable. The flow of the day was chaotic. The ceremony happened, ok it was good. Then afterwards we had cocktail hour, that was fine. Then clearly there was no managing what happened after that. Stressed servers came around asking everyone what they were eating, when we had all taken the time to send in our entree selections well in advance with invitations. This may have explained why entrees took SO long to come out after salads were served. I wonder if the bride and groom realize the time they wasted trying to get these orders in advance for no reason? The potatoes tasted like instant potatoes, and the meat was very unseasoned.

Besides the planner being an unorganized mess, the DJ was fantastic along with the photographer.

There’s too many other beautiful venues out there. Don’t choose here.

My husband and I stayed here for one night. The fire lounge and cocktails were fabulous, the dinner and breakfast that were included were also very good (wild rose pasta I would highly recommend). The views were beautiful!! The room was nice, nothing fancy, but well kept. The price was great, especially for the meals included!

Grounds and restaurant are exceptional. The mountain view wing rooms are old and neglected. Booked a mountain view wing room and there was a giant tent set up in front of our room that blocked the mountain view.

The Stonehurst Manor was wonderful! We stayed six nights so we ate several meals. The variety was excellent as was the food. The entire staff was friendly and eager to help in any way. Would stay again.

We arrived in the early evening ~ our room was on the 3rd floor overlooking the front of the manor. We were told in advance there were no elevators so we were prepared for taking our suitcases up the stairs. We enjoyed a wonderful meal that evening ~ The dinner menu had a nice variety ~ I enjoyed my Wild Rose signature Seafood dish which was exceptional & my husband had rack of lamb which was cooked to perfection. Our server Isabel was pleasant & attentive. This was a charming place & would stay here again when in the area.
