When checking in, employee answered his cell phone. Was not helpful, and seemed disinterested. Went to dinner and had to send entree back as it was cold, again wait staff seemed disinterested. Would not stay here again.

Room had a peculiar smell for a non-smoking room. There was no closet to hang up clothes. Too easy to hear hallway noise. On the positive side, the room was spacious, was a good value, and the included breakfast was good. For some this hotel will work well. It just was not nice enough to for our tastes.

for the price paid, this hotel was seriously overvalued. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was... hmm.... good, but not great at all. Needs a serious update. Very odd was the breakfast room management. Somehow they dearly want to guide you some way through the building and patronage you where to sit. Why making things more complex than they are. Very open concept breakfast room with a nice ambiance and then micromanaging access with chairs and tables blocking the pathways.
so no... one time and never again. Have been in other hotels in Lebanon now and better value for money there...

We stayed here for a couple nights while on our way to Maine. Room was very clean and good size and even had a massage chair in it. Was kinda noisy since it was parent’s weekend at a local college the first night we were there. The next night was much quieter. Bathroom was small and set up awkward. Pressure in shower was awful! Hotel has no elevator to get up to second floor. Breakfast was very good and hot and a variety both days we were there. Front desk staff wasn’t too helpful about restaurants in area and things to do.

Stayed here with my wife for a night. Was clean. Staff was friendly. The rooms were not sound proof at all. Could hear everyone in he hallway all night. It was a more like a $90 a night experience not $189
