Excellent place to stay if you have things to do in Durham, it's on a walking distance to the University of New Hampshire.
The couple that runs it is lovely and helpful. They even took me out for dinner as a farewell.
The only downside I can think of is if you're allergic to cats (they have 3, although they are well behaved).
