We clearly plainer a severe food allergy that two in our party had. The sever wrote it down, then served the allergen to both!

I had two Long island ice tea and they tasted like coke. Couldn't taste any alcohol. The food was good. Atmosphere was pub type. Waitress was very busy and it was long time between visits. It looked like she was the only one for the hole place that night.

Always judge an Irish pub/restaurant by their bangers & mash and Cara passed the test. The rest of our party had fish, scallops & a black bean burger and that was rated well. The Irish music is basically ceilli and was good quality. Have a feeling the music might be hit or miss from one weekend to another but we had good luck. Next time I might bring my father's accordion...

When all else fails, there's always Cara's. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food is consistently good. My favorites, Black and tan chicken, turkey tips, or the Rueben. Ribs and a grilled rib eye are on special at times...I do recommend! The only drawback is they have really bad live Irish music. But it is still worth.
