Very nice , clean hotel, great outdoor pool. It’s very close to storyland. But there is no restaurant or free breakfast in the hotel so when u book and says free breakfast it’s not true! Oh make sure if you come during summer to bring deet spray so many mosquitos at night!

Thank you for the comments. We have recently gone through some changes whereby the owners of the restaurant have closed it for now. I am very sorry that we failed to change all the information in our listing. I hope that everyone still enjoyed their stay.

We came up last week to do some spring waterfall hiking. This place was very clean
and spacious. All the staff were excellent. Pool and hot tubs were very nice and warm.
Would definitely stay again. Weather turned out beautiful. The beds were very nice, and all the linens were really nice. It was very quiet this time of year.

We stayed here over the Easter weekend for a short family vacation. The staff were very friendly, the resort was clean and our room was great. We were in a one bedroom condominium type of room and we had two teenagers with us. The pool area was wonderful with two large hot tubs. There was a great gym and sauna and you could ski right to the resort. The kitchen was quite small with not a lot of counter space but it was well equipped and had everything that we needed. We would love to stay here again.

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing the hill

We are on a timeshare exchange to Grand Summit Attitash at Bear Peak in a one bedroom unit. It's located about 1.2 mile from the main portion of Attitash Mountain but has skiing access from Bear Peak.
Upon arrival there is free valet parking and they are friendly and eager to help you move into your condo. the front desk staff is very pleasant and helpful. they allowed us to move in early since our unit had already been cleaned. some resorts in the area hold you to the 4PM check-in time - even with prior requests to move in earlier.
The lobby rises 3 stories and has a huge stone fireplace - unfortunately they were in the midst of converting it to a gas fireplace due to a fire last year - a concierge desk has lots of brochures and flyers to help with your vacation plans - and restaurant and bar also opens to the lobby.
We had a one bedroom condo - decor was a bit drab - shades of brown and tan throughout - Some units had better decor than others - such as wood laminate in the kitchen and bedroom as opposed to gray linoleum. Print window treatment clashed with print carpet and print upholstery - quite distracting.
The size of the condo is adequate and it is ski in ski out - but there were alot of drawbacks. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, micro, dishwasher stove and oven but it had no counter top area.....The appliances took up all of the below counter area so there were no lower cabinets. All of the upper cabinets were filled with pots and pans, blenders, dishes and cutlery - leaving no space to store snacks or personal foods. We had to run the dishwasher after every meal in order to have dishes for the next one - only 4 dishes, cups, or silverware of each type....The Keurig coffee pot was a pleasure.
The bathroom had a tub/shower combo with good water temp and pressure. Twin sinks were on a long formica countertop but with no cabinets underneath - unsightly pipes visible. Minimal housekeeping is every other day with replacement of very small bath products if needed - even make up remover pads....
We found beds comfortable with lots of choices of pilllow - internet acces was included and service was good.
PROS
1. Ski in ski out
2. Great heated pool and hot tub/Jacuzzi
3. Small gym
4. Restaurant/bar on premises (although very quiet)
5. nice lobby with fireplace and concierge
6. Shower/tub combo with good temp and water pressure
7. full kitchen
8, comfortable bed and pillows
9. housekeeping every other day.

CONS
1. No cabinet space in kitchen
2. no cabinets in Bathroom
3. Drab decor
4.conflicting prints in carpet - upholstery and window treatments
5. Sound carries from hallway to condos
6. No safe deposit box

We would recommend Grand Summit if you plan to ski at Attitash - If you plan to bring your family and have meals in - you will find it very frustrating due to lack of storage and counter space...

When we first checked into Room 103 we noticed a very strong odor of mildew. We settled in, opened the door and it appeared to get better. We went out for awhile, used the wonderfully warm and clean heated outdoor pool (enter from inside and walk out), sauna was great. We came back to change and the odor was just as strong. When we left for dinner, the desk person stated someone would go and freshen it. We got back and the odor was terrible. The person behind the desk offered to change our room. We accepted and the room was great! Comfortable, clean beds, fresh smelling. Buffet breakfast in morning was fresh and good. Also had the option of ordering in the cafe as well. Mountain was hard granular but the ability to ski/board right out the back was great. They made what could have been an awful visit into great customer service! I would go back.
