Hotel looks good and you would expect higher value. I experienced one dinner there 4 years ago and I remembered this hotel as special place. A lot can change in 4 years, because now it hasn't got much from former "glory".
We stayed 2 nights and had family dinner. Our table was dirty on several places so we were offered different table. Unfortunately, dirty as well.
Food was good but ordinary, nothing special.
Room was clean on the first sight. On the second it was used (hole on the wall can be seen in photo). Shower was cracked so you couldn't close shower door easily and had to use force.
To me it seemed that stuff don't pay attenton to basic detail and I was disgusted when I saw toilet brush - see photos on your own caution.
Toilet brush is useful in order to make toilet clean, not dirty...

This hotel & restaurant is very nice. design, food, service is of a high quality. I did not try the rooms but I saw them. They are new, clmean with a nbice design.
It is not really in the centre, but it is worth going there!

Through my travels, I have yet to come upon a place that is truly perfect. This is the place. If you are coming for a night a week or a month, and want a truly beautiful, quiet place to relax, look no further. You will only be 5 minutes from the golf course and a grocery store where you can buy food and alcohol, and only 20 minutes away from Kosice. OK, back to the Hotel. The rooms are spectacular. The beds and linens make you want to stay in them long after you wake up. Beautiful Baths, lots of hot water, flat screen TV'S, room service, great food, and the list goes on and on. They will cater your next big party or wedding. (I have been there for 2) And they do a perfect job. I really wish there was one thing I could say bad about the Hotel or Staff. But there is nothing. By the way. Did I mention the Staff? They are the best. Some speak a bit of English, some German, and most, Slovak. If you want to waste your time and money, look at other other places. If you want a truly Great experience, look no further than here. If you are really lucky, you will meet one of the owners and his wife. Ask for Ludwig and Bibbliana and tell them Bill and Esther said hello.
