We just needed beds to sleep in on our way to Salt Lake City, but the mattresses were so bad, we hardly slept. Our bed was 'donut shaped' (high all around the edges, to the point we rolled to the middle.) Our married children, in the room next door, had pillows that were not clean. So, even though the price was cheap, we all decided that this needed to be told as a warning.

(We also saw the many $30 signs, but were told that was not the rate, even though it was a Wed. night at 2pm. We paid a little more and were not getting breakfast, but we went for it.) Unfortunately, they need to get new mattresses, clean their sheets, be true to their advertisements, and respond to people's concern when we're trying to help them and others for the future.

A very basic clean hotel room that is pet friendly. Its probably less than what most people are used to when they stay in a hotel/motel. Rooms are clean, but well worn they don't provide stuff like shampoo & no coffeemaker or flat screen tv. We missed the coffee maker, but felt the room was a fair value for what we paid. It was a 4 day getaway during the week for us with pet to a warmer climate & we wanted to do a little gambling. We enjoyed it. Try to find one in Vegas not gonna happen. No problem with noisy heat or air.

Room Tip: Go for a first floor if you can.

After reading the billboards on the way to Mesquite that this hotel offered $30 rooms and free breakfast, upon check-in we were informed that it was Superbowl weekend so the rate would be $80!!! This was FRIDAY night -- a one night stay -- nothing to do with Superbowl! When we checked later on about the breakfast, we were told that this does not apply on weekends. The room was clean, extremely basic, noisy heater, only amenities were a hair dryer, soap and 15" box tv. It's a $30 room!!! Not impressed with their FALSE ADVERTISING. As far as we are concerned this place ripped us off!!

This is not a high end hotel, but I really liked it for the following reasons. The hotel (actually motel) is broken up into several separate buildings across the parking lot from the casino. The plus to that, they are much more quiet, you don't have any of the casino noise, and smoking buildings are separate from non-smoking. Granted, it is an older complex so it is not so fancy. The rooms don't have all the frills that come with a more expensive place; but if you want a good nights sleep, with good beds, in a clean quiet room, at a very reasonable price, then this is a good place to stay.
