In September 2010, I visited Vegas for the first time and stayed at the Monte Carlo. Although the hotel was very well located, the rooms were clean and the service in general was very good, the best features of this hotel, by far, were Angela Pezzella (concierge) and Lisa Massaro (VIP Services). Both employees went above and beyond to ensure that our stay in Vegas was spectacular. Their focus on customer service is unparalleled and they have set the standards for other employees beyond reach. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a Vegas trip. Angela and Lisa make all of the difference.
