My wife and I just got back from celebrating her birthday in Las Vegas. We stayed at the Palazzo. We enjoyed a great breakfast at Morels. First of all, the experience was made memorable because of the great service provided by Betty. She was fantastic and made sure that my wife felt special. This was the best service we received during our entire stay. The patio seating provided a perfect setting to start our day off right. The Bloody Mary's were made tableside. The best I had all week! The food was fantastic. They toasted her birthday with champagne which meant a lot to both of us. When we return, we will not only do breakfast again but also dinner.

I'm writing this quite awhile after visiting, but the most memorable part was the sommelier who is french and the most fun! He was spot on with an affordable bottle of wine that was good for a person who loves a big red and two people who like a more sweet wine.

We enjoyed a quiet breakfast outside on the patio. Thought the food and service were refined. Surprised to read that others had such a bad experience. I thought at least for our breakfast this was a hidden gem. Good vegetarian options too. All done with a French flair.

Great view and great food. The bloody Mary's were excellent. Sadly the service was what dropped the rating to a 4. Stopped by at night to see what the brunch was about and the hosts seemed lost and not really engaging and knew nothing about the menu. Aside from service a good brunch spot

We were really excited to visit this restaurant in the beautiful setting on The Strip for a late lunch only to be bitterly disappointed. In summary, despite being seated, we were then told 15 minutes later less than half of the menu was available, none of which was what we actually wanted. It then went from bad to worse. We ordered the seafood platter to share and fries. Not difficult. And for context, the restaurant was empty, literally. Platter arrived, fries didn't. We had to ask several members of staff who were more interested in moving furniture around and making lots of noise in doing so to prepare for the evening dinner service than actually serving us. Then....... the truffle mayo we had with our fries was in a split sauce (mayo) and inedible. And then.... the prawns had not been de-veined. We complained at the time (as you would expect) to the manager, to get a quite ridiculous response, and lack of apology. He said this hadn't happened before...We would be offered 20% discount which was also mis-calculated on the final bill. Frankly, this was unacceptable food (disgusting), shocking service and empathy (even after a very serious complaint) and poor offer re: making this good. We know our food, we know a good restaurant and we know a shocker...... and this is a shocker that needs serious help. Send Gordon Ramsey in ..... it's a restaurant from hell. Avoid at all costs. I scored this 0 points - but minimum was 1 (reluctantly). It deserves nothing but an inspection and the chef losing their job.
