The good: lots of shopping and dining options, big bathrooms
The bad: paper-thin walls, no handicapped rooms, rude service, lumpy beds, hard to navigate, long walk to shuttle area (located in extremely stinky area near alley)
The employees of this hotel need to take Customer Service 101. Don't expect to get any help whatsoever. The salon did not return my call, and when I asked the concierge, they just said, "Oh, I guess they don't check their voice mail."
Bottom line: there are much better options in the area.
