Total luxury awesome experience, would def stay here again. TV in the mirror, beautiful luxurious located inside of the Mandalay Bay. They have their own pool and their own restaurants but you can use Mandalay Bay's as well.

Room Tip: beautiful!

This non-smoking hotel is a breath of fresh air for anyone looking for a relaxed, upscale stay on the Strip. The Mandalay Bay Casino is easily accessible for all hotel guests but it is not part of the hotel which makes it a great option for those with allergies or concerns about second hand smoke. Our 39th floor suite was comfortable, spacious, and so clean. Our housekeeper took good care of us while there. The pool is quiet and relaxing, with poolside service available (including gluten free menu items), and plenty of towels and ice water. With a tram to the Luxor, it was a 3 minute ride to the Cris Angel Mindfreak show. It was so convenient and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

On this trip we split our stay between the Encore (Wynn) and Four Seasons. We often stay at the Encore due to its exclusive and upscale feel, and having never stayed at the Vegas Four Seasons we were hoping for an oasis away from the strip.

Checkin was outstanding, and really made us feel welcome and looking forward ri our stay. We immediately went straight into the restaurant for lunch at 12.30pm. We were given the breakfast / brunch buffet menu and only reaslised a bespoke lunch menu existed when we saw other customers with salads and pizzas etc. The scene on the outside dining area was chaotic - lots of customers, harassed servers, empty tables with dirty plates, rubbish on the floor, a buffet station that was desperately in need of replenishment and generally a 2* experience. So bad an experience; that we considered checking out of the hotel and going back to the Encore!

Our suite was amazing and having stayed in suites at Bellagio, Encore and Aria, I would recommend these suites over all others. The layout was great with a full kitchen, dining room, office, and modern luxurious bedroom, bathroom and lovely dressing room - can’t fault the room at all. Beautiful furnishings, and special touches from housekeeping eg branded four seasons wipes for your sunglasses!

We hired a pool cabana and I would recommend this option as it was flawless from start to finish with a top class team looking after you. The Cabana itself was modern, fresh and felt really special. Customer service was amazing and they checked on you every 20 minutes or so for drinks etc. Lunch ordered and delivered to our cabana was delicious.

Our Spa treatments were of a very high quality and the Spa Therapists are clearly experienced and well trained. Whilst the facilities at the Encore Spa are more expansive and high end, the quality of the treatments here are top class. We loved the massages and facials.

We were disappointed that on one afternoon we sat outside on the terrace adjacent to the bar at 2.45 and was very politely told that we would need to wait until 3pm to order a drink as that is when the service started. I can’t believe that in any hotel, least of all one in Vegas, you can’t buy a drink in the middle of the afternoon.

The hotel definitely makes you feel that you are a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of Vegas (despite being able to access Mandalay bays Casino via the lift!).

The hotels is a solid, middle to upper end choice in terms of luxury but it cannot compare to the Wynn or Encore as it’s just not consistent enough overall.

Rooms were well appointed and furnished. The cleaning people were amazing - left me extra toothpaste and a lens cleaner. The Cafe downstairs had great food for a lobby cafe. And you are connected to the Mandalay Bay for access to gaming.
