Stayed in July having had a vacation across Vegas, scottsdale & la. This was the best hotel we stayed in on the trip. Service was great everywhere, we enjoyed our time around 4s pool and loved veranda for happy hour. Spa was great, especially the staff, thanks to the lady in the spa from Korea, who provided great ideas and conversation

I stayed at the Four Seasons Las Vegas/Mandalay Bay as I was traveling crosss country from the east coast. I stayed for two days in Chicago at the grand Waldorf Astoria before arriving here and was literally blown away. I'm thinking maybe that experience had an effect on this one because that place is nearly a "6 star" hotel. If you love luxury and are in Chitown, do yourself a favor and try the Waldorf!

But back to the Four Seasons. I was a bit underwhelmed when I arrived to our room. It was clean, neat, and the Mandalay is a behemoth but our room was just on the basic side. I guess I was expecting something more modern & chic. But once again, it's hard to come down off the high known as the Waldorf.

Best parts of the stay:

1) The bathroom amenities were L'occitane. If anyone is familiar with the Southern French brand (it's my personal staple), they'll be pleased to know that the Four Seasons stocks your bathroom full of the stuff. It's like Christmas!

2) The Four Seasons is really just the top 4 floors of the Mandalay Bay, which is one of the newest and best resorts on the strip. But be warned, Mandalay Bay is at the very end of the resort. So if you're walking, it's a few miles.

3) The Pool area makes you forget you're in Vegas. You think you're on some tropical island it's so soothing & quiet.

4) Along with the pool, restaurant and spa as a Four Seasons guest you are separated from the rest of the Mandalay Bay guests. So you have separate entrances and privacy. But you also have full access to all of Mandalay Bay. Double score!

Las Vegas is a town full of hotels. It's hard to say if I would stay here again. Not because I received bad service or the rooms. But because there might be a hotel that offers something different.

Thank you for selecting Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas for your recent Las Vegas visit. We are thrilled to learn that you enjoyed the bathroom amenities as well as our tranquil pool and the proximity to Mandalay Bay.

We want to inform you that the hotel has just embarked upon a major room renovation, which will be complete by Dec. 8, 2012. The new rooms are inspired by the Art Deco period and will be chic and modern. While we understand you have many hotels from which to choose in Las Vegas, we hope you will return to Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas to experience our new rooms first-hand.

My family of 4 recently had the pleasure of staying 5 nights at the Four Seasons Las Vegas. We had just travelled around the States and stayed in a variety of different Hotels along the way. We certainly saved the best for last!!!
The Four Seasons is all about quality accommodation and superb service. We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived - the children were presented with welcome toys at the front desk and our room was full of surprises for all of us (sweet treats for the children and a beautiful birthday cake for me!!)
The Hotel complex itself is brilliant. You have the choice of enjoying a gorgeous serene pool area that belongs to the Four Seasons, or if you are feeling a bit more adventurous you can wander off to the Mandalay Bay pool complex. We chose the latter, and the kids had a fantastic time in the enormous wave pool while we soaked up the sun on loungers.
The other beautiful thing about this establishment is that you can take or leave the gambling side of Vegas. Its just around the corner in the Mandalay Bay complex, but it is not present within the Four Seasons itself which is certainly why the Four Seasons has a general air of calm.
Would we go back? We sure would!!!!!!

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights celebrating our anniversary. We arrived at the hotel around 8 am on a Sunday so we did not expect having an issue getting into our room. Upon checking in we were told they were full the night before so our room was not ready and housekeeping does not even come in until 9 am. They said our room would be one of the first cleaned and should be ready around 10 am. We were fine with that and took the time to walk around the property and ajoining Mandalay Bay complex. We came back around 10 am and they said our room was not ready yet and it would be another hour. We waited an hour and went back and still no room they called housekeeping and said they were working on it. We finally got in our room around noon. The issue was not that our room was not ready it was we had to check back 3 times and they kept saying it is almost ready so it ended up being pretty frustrating.
Once we finally got to our room everything got much better. The room was average size and appointed well but in need of renovation which they are in the process of doing. Once the renovations are done I am sure the rooms will be a true 5 stars. Not much else to say about the rooms. You can find nicer rooms all around Vegas.
The service is what is supposed to set Four Seasons apart and the service was good but not excellent. The service at the pool was a standout.
One of the main reasons we chose to stay at this hotel was the lack of a casino and the quiet atmosphere. They deliver on that inside the hotel, but that falls apart outside around the pool. The hotel is on the back side of the airport and there is constantly helicopters flying overhead. I know that is not the hotels fault, but it was annoying nonetheless. We were by the pool for around 4 hours and probably saw 100 helicopters fly overhead.
After their renovations are done this hotel will be back on top, but right now there are better options for 5 star hotels without a casino.

Thank you for selecting Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas and for taking the time to review your experience. We understand it must have been frustrating to have to have been given misinformation as to when your room would be ready. Check-in at the hotel is 3 p.m. and our Front Desk staff tries to do everything possible to accommodate guests who arrive early. We are sorry the Front Desk was unable to accommodate you sooner. We are happy to hear that you were satisfied with the service you received inside the hotel but are sorry to learn the pool experience was disappointing due to the helicopter noise.

As we indicated in our direct message to you, our Hotel Manager, Sunil Narang, would welcome the opportunity to speak with you further about your pool experience and your visit overall. Sunil values your feedback and looks forward to hearing from you.

I so enjoy this wonderful Oasis away from the smoke and frenetic energy of gambling. But the minute you desire those things you walk through a door into the Mandalay Bay and are there in Vegas proper. The rooms are lovely. The staff is always helpful. I love the saltwater pool. The veranda bar is a great place to grab a bite to eat.

Room Tip: Try to get on the side opposite of the airport if you can.
