In my fifth visit to the crazy world of Vegas, I finally got to stay in luxury. The Palazzo is by far one of the most luxurious, well appointed and beautifully designed and finished hotels I have stayed in, and compared to many of the other options in Vegas, it offers unparalled style, customer service, amenities and design. Everything about the building, from its stunning entry foyers and decor, quality furnishings, bedding, bathrooms, pools and even the casino (I'm not gambler at all) are a class above. It also has an excellent range of bars and restaurants, and of course, alongside its sister property, the Venetian - it has fantastic shopping. Checkin and out was smooth and very professional, including a free upgrade to a stunning suite, and all the service personnel were courteous and attentive at all times. The hotel is also located very centrally on the Strip with easy access to other hotels, shows, and shopping. I got an exceptional rate for the hotel via www.webjet.com.au and it was outstanding value for money. The views from the suite also are unbeatable. For many travelling to Vegas, a hotel may only be for sleep, but having tried many options on the Strip, paying that little bit extra for luxury, style and service is worth every penny and makes a trip much more memorable. After a long day or night walking the Strip from one end to the other, coming home to luxury and comfort is priceless.

Room Tip: Consider upgrading to the Bella Suite for extra space, and the views....

Holding a meeting between The Venetian and The Palazzo was exceptional. The meeting department was outstanding. Our rooms in The Palazzo and the service matched. I found the security comforting and the staff well trained. I missed coffee makers in the beautiful suites, but everything else was good.

Room Tip: Upper level rooms have a beautiful view. Lower level rooms and you are more apt to see the next buil...

I attended a business meeting at this hotel and found it to be great. My guestroom was very comfortable, great wireless internet speed, and the bed was very clean & comfortable. All rooms are suites! Also, the gym was very good. The staff was professional and friendly, and seemed to care about the guests of the hotel. My room rate was also very reasonable for such a nice hotel. The food at all breaks and meals was good.

I travel almost every week of the year on business, and I would highly recommend this hotel

Choosing a hotel in Las Vegas is a very personal task, since most of them are themed, and certainly can not please everyone. We chose the Palazzo because we love Italy and everything that refers to it. In addition, the hotel is younger than his brother, the Venetian, and most highly recommended. I must say the experience was memorable. The hotel is beautiful, with stunning details. Of course it is not Venice, but the atmosphere is lovely. At a minimum, a beautiful homage to the city. The room is large and comfortable and the bathroom is beautiful, all marble. Room service is fast and friendly, although the size of the hotel. As we went during the winter, most of the pools was closed, but they put Jacuzzis at our disposal. The price is higher than most hotels in Las Vegas, but if I return to town, I'd love to stay there again.

Positives:

- Friendly staff, from the concierge to the cleaners to the dealers, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly.
- Gorgeous lobby, and probably the nicest Casino floor we saw. Very spacious.
- Extremely clean and comfortable room.
- Great view of the show at Treasure Island
- Walgreens directly downstairs.

Minor Negatives:
- Expensive
- Not a lot of cheap eats around this part of the strip.
- A little far north on the strip. Most of the major attractions are south of here.

Room Tip: Our room on the west side had a view of the pirate show at Treasure Island. It was very cool to watc...
