We never pass up Hugo's Cellar when in Las Vegas. Hubby and I come whenever we are in town and love the atmosphere, service, food and wine choices. If you tell your server you have food allergies, he will make sure the kitchen and salad server doesn't serve anything that will cause a reaction. Now that's excellent service. Beginning with the red rose through the made-to-order salad and ending with the warm cloth and gratis chocolate covered fruits, pure Italian, just like our home. Attentive yet never intrusive, all servers make you feel like you are family. Hubby had prime rib, I had the Chilean sea bass. We asked for veggies only, no problem. We asked for no bread, no problem. I asked that my bass be cooked medium rare and it was fresh, sweet, tender and cooked perfectly. We have never had a bad experience in the 10 years we have been dining at Hugo's.
