Place is excellent if you want peace and quiet and yet be near the strip. Has an excellent kitchen setup with laundry in the suite. We had a 1 room king suite which gave us plenty of room to relax in and enjoy our stay. The facility is close to the tram so that you can get to any location on the strip easily. The rooms are very well kept and are very quiet. Would recommend this to anyone that would like to explore the strip but have a nice quiet place to rest and relax.

This hotel was clean, up to date. Easy access to the strip and downtown Vegas. Only negative was the deli store closed early. Would bring the family here again any day of the week, very worth the money, no Hastle at all.

The walls were so thin, we heard our neighbors the entire week of the trip. We could hear their normal conversation, them yelling at their kids, the kids crying, etc. we hardly slept the entire week. Would not recommend.

Thank you for the feedback. Although we don’t know how our hotel neighbors are going to be, a room change (when available) can always be requested. Should you visit us again, please feel free to contact me directly at jdupont@hgvc.com to make sure I can block you into a non-connecting room. Happy to assist.

This is a truly family hotel where only family come and very quiet. Laundry is good where one can use washing machine and drier. The concierge is very helpful. Only problem is if one forgets to wash dishes after breakfast then the cups and plates are not cleaned.
Overall good hotel.

Its rooms have everything you need: a comfortable bed, radio clock, safety box, and more. It has a kitchen too with coffeemaker and everything you need, if you're going to take a breakfast or a quickly meal indoors. It's very close to monorail station and 5 minutes to the strip walking
