This place was clean. A little old inside. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. The room
We had was facing the parking lot and the lights were beaming into the room and the curtains only close halfway so it was rough trying to sleep. It’s pet friendly so I chose this place.

Thank you, True443, for reviewing our hotel. We are thrilled you chose to stay with us and we are happy you brought your furry friend as well. I am sorry the blackout drapes were not positioned well enough to prevent light from coming into the room. Maintenance will be looking into the installation of them and the mattress replacement right away. We do hope you will visit us again and allow us to offer you a better experience.

We selected La Quinta after a day of hiking and exploring Red Rock Canyon. Convenient, good neighborhood, plenty of eating options nearby, friendly staff - it all turned out well. Large, clean room and pet friendly - at no charge.

Our room was really nice on the 2nd floor, however the guests around me were very noisy, especially the ones directly above us. It sounded like they were running laps in their room.
However, the staff was excellent! Jasmine was very welcoming and helpful at the front desk. And James the general manager was very accommodating when we had a late check out that turned into another night stay at the hotel. He kept us in our same room and was very understanding when our plans required that we spend another night in Las Vegas. The staff made a possible stressful experience into a much more relaxing one.

Rick, We are so glad that you chose to stay with us in Las Vegas! Thank you for taking the time to write a great review for the hotel. I am sorry for the noisy neighbors and hope your 2nd night was better. The staff at this property is amazing! They always go the extra mile for our guests. We hope you will stay with us again I do hope whatever problem that arose to keep you at the hotel was resolved and everything is now ok.

This hotel SUCKED. Toilet was backed up, and instead of doing something, receptionist sends a plunger up. A plunger, and then has the audacity to suggest we clogged it. The shower is very sketchy. Not worth the $139/night rate. Don’t do it.

Do not stay here. Horrible customer service. Toilet was broken. Door left open as we arrived to our room. Tv and WiFi didn’t work. Told to call the service provider for the WiFi to try to fix the issue. Front desk person was wearing a tank top.
