We checked in for our 1200pm tee time. After the 7th hole, three slow golfers took us until 3:20pm to reach the 12th hole. We even told the golf ranger about the very slow pace. The ranger did nothing about the issue. The ranger claims they had a tournament in the morning, but we could see that the course was almost empty. We decided to leave and attempt to get a refund for a BAD golf course and staff. We spoke to the golf shop person, don't even know if he was a manager or not. He did not want to refund our money and claims he will give a rain check instead for the holes we did not play. I expsressed that is unacceptable due to your lack of concern towards the CUSTOMERS! We left and we will never come back to this golf course again.
