Had not stayed at this facility in a number of years (10+ years.) Newer carpet, but the rest was basically the same. Everything was clean. Sofa was not so comfy. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Bathroom was clean .. no extras on the towels, hand towels or wash cloths though. Just enough for 1 each. Would stay again, but would be nice if the room itself was updated. Front desk was good. Did not use the breakfast buffet as we were meeting others for brunch.

The room was actually a studio - with kitchenette and private bathroom "area." I was there on a rough weekend (for them) with the city hosting a marathon, and 3 university graduations. I believe i got the last room available in Lincoln.
The staff was amazing - very helpful and friendly. But the rooms, which were not cheap, were never cleaned. Beds never made, fresh towels never delivered. That said, when I called the main office, they personally delivered towels within 10 minutes. When I stopped by the office for more soap - shampoo - they gave us a generous helping of toiletries. So, while I felt, for that steep of a price, better service should have been rendered, they did they best they could in what was obviously a rough weekend for them.

BEWARE of the shower! It puts out SCALDING HOT water, for about 2-3 minutes, and then normalizes. If you have children, you really need to monitor their bath/shower water temperature!

Room Tip: BEWARE of the shower! It puts out SCALDING HOT water, for about 2-3 minutes, and then normalizes.

Great rooms with spacious accommodations for families, couples, and individuals. The love seat is apparently a fold out sofa because the cushions sunk in the middle area of the seat. Full kitchen is great for anyone with a more lengthy stay. Easy walk to good food which is great for the business traveler.

Room Tip: Ask at the desk...they know the rooms best and where groups are lodging.

We were on the whole very happy with our accommodation. We did have issues with the toilet all 4 days we were there, the maintenance guy tried to solve them without success and the tv remote was broken. The room was clean and considering the age of the hotel was in quite good condition. I must compliment them on the BBQ area which we used one evening for a graduation party. All in all a pleasant experience

Our room had two beds and a pull-out sofa - which could not be 'pulled out' because there wasn't enough space to do so. There were no frying pans for the kitchen and none at the front desk when I asked for one. The beds were uncomfortable - almost lumpy and the pillows were so full we couldn't use them. The people below our room cooked late into the night and the odd smell filled our room. The bathtub creaked. That was night one. The second night when the cooking below us started (around 9pm!), it began to fill our room with smoke. I opened the door to let in some fresh air but it only made it worse since their door was also open - likely to let the smoke escape. I called the front desk again and I was told the people below us had been there for some time - out of town workers - and that no one had ever complained about it. They did let us move rooms - again, this was at 9PM!. It wasn't far from the original room and we could still smell the smoke outside but at least the room didn't smell. The second room was MUCH nicer than the first. It had enough space for the two beds and sofa, a stocked kitchen and the beds weren't near as lumpy. I believe the first room we were in wasn't made for two beds but we certainly paid the same amount. (grrrrr) Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.
I recommend previewing your room before moving in all of your belongings ... and ask to move if there are construction work boots lined up outside of the door below your room! (trust me)
