This is a magnificent place to stay when you want privacy, luxury, gardens and quiet as a home base. The house is a VERY close to a sea side town Mondello that is so cute it almost hurts. Antonelo was extremely helpful and kind from check in to check out.
The house is very modern, very comfortable, great amenities and magnificent views of sea & mountains from terraces inside and patios outside. Amazing place to watch sunsets. Lovely breezes and QUIET. Almost no cars on the street. Beds & showers are dreamy & everything is quite new & works perfectly. A great place for a family, a couple or two.
We will come back as often as possible to this house and this place. The best way to explore Palermo is to not STAY in Palermo ;-)

A wonderful,roomy,very comfortable house.High quality seating,excellent beds and a private veranda with outstanding view.Good parking facility and a delightful garden.
Very pleasant and helpful owner.Maps sent to guide us.
The area is unspoilt.Excellent beaches with all other facilities nearby.
There are no negative qualities.

Absolutely amazing villa.
All pictures are very real.
The place is huge, and has an incredible view.
A bit of a walk to the beach but worth it.
The owner speaks fluent English and was very helpful in many ways.
I would not hesitate to recommend Villa Soliva to anyone, and given the opportunity
would love to return.
