One of our best meals in all of Italy, not just Sicily! Luca, the owner, was friendly and kind and took great care with welcoming us and showing us the wine selection (on the walls!), the servers were warm and professional, but the food is truly the star here. Everything we ordered, from antipasti to primi to secondi, were delicious and thoughtful. The busiate with wild boar ragu was especially good, as were the seafood dishes. The bread was fantastic. My Italian is just a bit better than "restaurant Italian" and we were able to communicate comfortably (Luca speaks perfect English). A very memorable meal. Bonus: the restaurant is sandwiched between a caffe/pasticceria/gelateria and a wonderful bakery, both friendly with amazing selections. Such a lively corner in Mondello.
