Ate here two nights. Cocktails were great. Delicious deviled eggs - made a meal out of them. My husband had the bison burger both nights. He's a celiac and needs to eat gluten free. They had gluten free buns. Huckleberry ice cream for dessert was delicious. Get there early as it is crowded.

Pros:
Caesar salad good
Deviled eggs appetizer average to good

Cons:
$16 Charcuterie platter appetizer terrible. Meats dried out and tasteless. Limited cheese selection tasteless.
Pan-seared Idaho trout tasteless. Vegetables over cooked and soggy.

Should have known better than to go to upscale, expensive restaurant in tourist town. Back to burgers and pizza.

When its available, get the bison. Get it medium rare. It was amazing. I got lucky and got a seat at the bar on a busy Saturday night. Ordered their special whisky cocktail and the bison steak, which was the evening special. Great service, excellent overall.

We were surprised, very surprised at the quality of food and service we received at Madison Crossing. After traveling a few days through Wyoming we were shocked a place like this could exist in such a small town. This restaurant would be popular in any metropolitan area. Great drinks! I had the Blue Buffalo Manhattan, fantastic. Very respectable wine list for any restaurant anywhere at prices about 30% less than what I have seen. Bonus- Montana allows you to leave the restaurant with your unfinished bottle! We had steaks cooked to perfection. The sides were great as well. We give this a high rating for great drinks, food, service and atmosphere. Get reservations if you can, otherwise you may have to wait a while. Special thanks to Aspen and Pam!!

We rely upon TripAdvisor recommendations as we travel, but our first dining experience in West Yellowstone at Bullwinkle’s left us so disappointed that we scrambled eggs in our cabin the second night and bought Subway sandwiches the third. Tonight we decided to try again, and are we ever pleased with Madison Crossing Lounge. Everything about our dining experience was PERFECT. We began with a beautifully presented, fresh house salad (and a unique bleu cheese dressing). For our entrees, we both had the chicken and prosciutto pasta. What an amazing dish! My husband and I both agreed that we’d never had such well-prepared chicken in a pasta, tasty and tender, and plenty of it. The mushrooms, tomatoes, and red pepper accents provided just the right touch. And the cheese sauce for the pasta was light and perfectly seasoned.
And, of course, I must mention the very generous pours for our two delightfully cold draft beers.
If you’re in West Yellowstone, and looking for a great dinner, look no further than Madison Crossing Lounge.
