How this place isn’t ranked #1... beyond me. Place is legit, only super culinary experience in GF. Ohhh and they had scratch made Bread Pudding on this visit.... F*ck Yeah!

Great lunch in a Neat place! My grilled cheese was wonderful and different. The wine we tried was excellent. The deli had a great selection. This is a must try.

We dined here with local friends on our first night in town and found the restaurant lived up to its billing in almost every respect. The appetizers we ordered—a shirt rib cassoulet and artisan bread—were a nice start; so too the bottle of Zinfandel we shared. Our entrees were a tad disappointing, although tasty; the chicken was nicely prepared and juicy, but the accompanying mashed potatoes over-mashed, dense, and somewhat gluey. The broccoli that rounded out the dish was overcooked. Service was great, with both the wait staff and manager checking in frequently; we particularly appreciated the manager/owner’s willingness to talk about the restsurant’s offerings. I’d certainly recommend this charming little place, and recommend as well their wine store, which has a great, if small, collection of well-chosen wines from around the world.

I recently had a lovely brunch here with my daughter. Now called 5th and wine, the menu is small, but the options are big! Not your usual fare, which is great! The food was excellent and the price was reasonable. The atmosphere was comfortable, an old warehouse restored, with plenty of room between tables. If you are not looking for the usual breakfast, check out this lovely restaurant. Their dinner menu looked tantalizing too. I'll try that next.

This is the kind of place an outsider finds unique. Most of the restaurants in town are predictable and offer a fair priced menu. We have made a few trips to GF's and enjoyed what the city has to offer.
However if you are looking a truly new dining experience this is the place.
We had all the appetizers and desserts.
Skipped dinner part so no comment on the main course.
All there is to say .... best 1 1/2 spent.
Food and wine was excellent.
Service was beyond compare.
You will not be sorry.
HINT..Show up early.
