My wife and two granddaughters stayed a night at this property on the way to Gardiner and Yellowstone. I have always had success with Marriott properties and this hotel was typical. It's close proximity to the Interstate and downtown Bozeman was great. I was offered an upgrade which is not uncommon for Marriott Reward members. The complimentary breakfast was great. Here's the downside. My two granddaughters spent time in the pool and came out with chlorine hair, itchy eyes and skin after about a half hour swimming. A trip to the pharmacy resulted in swimmers shampoo, eye drops and lots of lotion. When entering our room and setting up the pull out couch
, I was greeted by dog hair all over the place. It turns out this property is dog friendly and I did not know it. The front desk was great about sending someone to vacuum the areas. Since I am allergic to dogs and cats, I would have never chosen this hotel when making the reservation. In checking the hotel website, I do not see any reference to the property being pet friendly, although on a Trip Advisor, it is listed.
The moral of the story is check and recheck.
