Even with all the new restaurants in Bozeman, we love coming back here for interesting and delicious food, and the warm and inviting little restaurant experience. With the open kitchen, it's obvious to see that the staff love what they do.

After spending the day in Bozeman walking its Main Street we enjoyed a relaxed dinner of a fresh market salad of the day followed by fettuccine bollinase we have ever tasted. Then a deep chocolate dish dessert we shared. Well what more is there to say but a fabulous evening!

We had a wonderful meal there last night. There were four of us in a booth; the restaurant is smallish and cozy but in a good way. Old school Italian food. Two of our party had the spaghetti bolognese which interestingly didn't have tomato sauce but was excellent. Other friend had spaghetti carbonara which he loved. I had the eggplant parmesan and it was great. Both the caesar salad and house salad were perfect too. Accompanied with a Prosecco and Barolo. Didn't try the desserts but I hear they are wonderful. An overall great night. Service perfect.

If you are in the Bozeman, Montana area and want a nice place for dinner, consider the Emerson Grill. Located in the ever interesting Emerson Cultural Center on Grand Street, you can browse the various galleries and studios before going to the restaurant for dinner. Many people I know consider the Emerson Grill's spaghetti bolognese to be the best they have ever tasted. Not a light dish, of course, but I usually get two meals out of it. They have some good dinner salads -- a dining requirement, from my perspective. In Bozeman, this restaurant is one of my favorites.
