If you're sick of loud, noisy bars and menus with wings and nachos, check out the Carabiner Lounge in the Summit Hotel. We found this oasis on a Saturday night about 7:30. There was no live music at that time, so it was a peaceful place to just sit and talk. The food is average but at least it offers variety from the usual Western fare. We weren't terribly hungry, so my husband had the sweet and sour soup with bison dumpling and I had California sushi roll. We both had side salads. They have other sandwiches, and meals or you can order from the hotel's dining room menu as well, if you want a more formal meal, I believe. I would give 5 stars for atmosphere and service and 3 for food, so I compromised with 4.
