We arrived to find the cabins were squalid, in deplorable condition, and looked nothing like her pretty pictures. We walked away from our 50% deposit when she rudely refused to even allow us to stay one of the four nights we paid for. Horrible person, stay away!!!

Room Tip: Go anywhere else!

We had a nice, private, big, well treed site (we were tenting). There were not too many other campers here, even though it was high season. Our tent backed on to a shallow river that you could walk through and sun bathe at. We had our own little path to it. The river made for great background noise when sleeping at night. We were close to the highway, but we couldn't really hear it. Nice fire pit. Great location from the hikes at swift current lodge. It's about a half hour drive to get to the trail heads, but the campground right at the trail heads was PACKED with people. The review that said it could use a whipper snipper was right, it's a pretty shaggy looking place... But at least it is private and right in the bush. We didn't use the facilities so can't review those. Bring your own firewood. Good value here.

We ended up here by chance when everything else in the area was sold out. We rented two cabins. Our bikes were welcomed. Very clean and comfortable. Showers were nice. Frank made us a hot coffee in the morning before we hit the road. Great place to start your bike trip over Logan's Pass.

The location was great! When we drove in we thought we were in the wrong place. It is unkempt and messy. A weed-eater would do wonders for the office area. We finally figured out which way to go and found the campsites. We actually liked the campsites...good size, table and fire pit in each. We were the only people there. It rained for 3 days and flooded our campsite (as in 8" of water!) and the road was passable only in 4 wheel drive. After slogging through 3" deep running water on the road to our campsite we decided we just couldn't handle it. We ended up having to rent one of the cabins for 2 nights but the hosts wouldn't deduct the campsite fee even though we couldn't use it. There are bathrooms available with flush toilets, but no sink, mirror or trashcan inside. There is a water spigot outside. When you rent one of the cabins you also receive free showers. The shower bathrooms were certainly decent. The only catch is you have to schedule them with the host, as he sits and waits for you to shower then locks up. He won't work past 9pm and doesn't like to work before 7am. I understand this. He did make an exception for us one day when we needed 6:30am showers because we had to leave early. If you go, check the weather! I sure wouldn't stay there if there is rain in the forecast.

The location is at 17 & 89, only 20 min driving to many glacier, 1 hour to Waterton.
We lived in a cabin, very cozy and clean. The bathroom is inside the office, which is just across the trail road. It is very clean also. There is tap water outside the office.
The lady is very friendly. She offered us extra quilt and a water heater.
