Very well done. A bit of the mid-west. Right outside the fair grounds. It's a new addition to the grounds.

You absolutely need to SEE this monument located at the
Missouri State Fair corner of 50 Hwy and 65 Hwy . When ever I have visitors coming that way I tell them to be sure to see it and they will want to take photos of the life size bronze cowboy and cattle. Real train from the era. Thanks to Dr. Kibertz for the lead on this great Western History Monument signifying the historical
cattle shipping area of the 1800's.
Very nice monument to the cattle drives. Bronze cattle and original train cars. all done by volunteers.
The Trails End committee worked very hard and sponsored many fund raising projects to realize this tremendous addition that honors the days of the cattle drives to the railhead in Sedalia, MO.in the 1800's. Many of the cattle came as far away as Texas. Definitely something to see and learn about those drives.
Missouri State Fair grounds long had needed some sort of a feature as a welcoming site. They came up with a spectacular and very photographic display at the northeast corner of the fairgrounds. Very nice.
