Very busy with locals and tourists on a Sunday afternoon. Great menu, lots of fish. Soup and stew delicious! Excellent value too.

I loved this place. It has excellent fish dishes and the staff is really nice and friendly. I almost fell to be in a family restaurant. The fish soup is fantastic!

We were very pleased with the staff and the food. Staff was very attentive and caring, explained the menu, offered local specialities and served us well. Food was very delicious, low prices and big meals. Highly reccomend, great place to experience local foods and life.

This is a real hidden gem! When you look at the menu you get so excited you want to eat it all!
It’s a great restaurant, for fish especially. I had the fish soup for starters and then the very famous fish stew which was sooooo good! But the fish soup was just the best soup I’ve ever had! I ended up eating two doses (three of I’m being honest!)! The restaurant staff were wonderful and very helpful all the time. It can be a very busy place on weekends or at dinner time generally but they won’t let you down! Can’t wait to go back!

The fish stew is outstanding. Never had this dish before but I think it was amazing. What I did not understand was that the waiter suggested to start with a fish soup, which essentially is quite similar as the stew is also quite „soupy“. So eat some other starter and then take the fish stew, I guess it was called „molho do peixe“.
