It's been my experience that little hole in the wall, local restuarants always have the best food and Serra's did not disappoint. It's a small stand alone location tucked away in the corner of a parking lot with not much else around.
I had always been told their pizza was amazing but due to their limited hours (4p - midnight) never made it inside. Well I finally did and I was impressed with the food. The pizza was amazing. If you like a thin crust you will love Serra's. The topings are fresh and you can tell the vegetables were hand cut and didn't come from a can. The crust is thin but not cracker thin like another St. Louis favorite and has a nice combination of crispness but slight chewy bite.
I also have a hard time finding good tiramisu and the Serra's had an excellent version. I live approximately 60 miles west of the restuarant and will definitely make the drive to patronize the place again.
