The front desk employees for check in and check out were friendly. That is pretty much where the compliments end.
The bed and pillow were very uncomfortable. Plenty of hallway noise and slamming doors. Took a long time to get connected to their WiFi. The desk chair was really low to the ground. The shower was terrible. Its water temperature kept changing and it was nearly impossible to get it set at a comfortable level.
Worst of all, when it was time to leave, I was on the top floor and pushed the button for the elevator. When the elevator arrived, there was an employee inside with a cart. She did not exit the elevator and instead, she actually pushed the close door button so I could not enter. Who does something like that??? I had to push the elevator button again. When I got to the first floor, there was a cart directly in front of the elevator blocking me from getting out without moving it. Yet another overrated Hampton Inn.More
