A real gem, the garden is expansive and welcoming and refreshing in the August heat. The service is of an excellent level, Ice bucket brought for our Rosè promply after opening, bilingual service staff. The Food was as beautifully presented as it was delicious. Interestingly International wine list. My group enjoyed several items from the menu from starters to main courses and desserts and all were without flaws. The shop inside and the tasting area and indoor part of the restaurant were also enchanting and we will be back for a full tasting soon. The only reason I didnt give a rating of 5 is because I like to try a restaurant several times before I give the top score.

From the outside not that attractive as it is located at the autostrada, but the small menue offers fresh, local specialties on a very high quality level that was way better than expected. Fresh fish, good pasta, excellent deserts. Even the house wine was above one can expect and, not seen too often, served in a nice wine glass. If you are close to Grilli drop by .. perhaps for a lunch - as I did.

Great Surprise. We did not expect to find a nice, quality restaurant in the small bar in the corner of the street to Grilli, a tiny group of houses at the feet of Giuncarico.
Silvia taking care of the wine list and Federica in the kitchen make a good team.
We had a nice choice of "antipasti" like primosale (a fresh cheese) and hommos of eggplants, vegetable cous cous, and first courses like "gnudi", the filling of tortelli (ricotta cheese and parsley) with cheese and pinoli, or rice "venere" with eggplants.
A nice bottle of Ansonica IGT and the dinner was served.
To try!

Newly opened quaint lunch place in authentic part of Tuscany, Maremma. The decor is very pretty and tasteful. The food is tasty and well prepared by a young talented female chef. They have warm dishes which change on a daily basis, such as risotto with asparagus ( risotto is hard to find on the menus in the region) , but you can also have a delicious cheese platter with fantastic local pecorino cheeses, honey and ham. Definitely a hidden gem with local clientele. It is good to see young people who start their own business in rural Tuscany. They deserve much success.
