THESE GUYS GET IT. The BBQ is almost secondary (but still INCREDIBLE) to the level of service and obvious and genuine appreciation they have for each and every customer that walks through the door.
Wednesday is burnt ends day each week, and I legitimately plan my territory work around it. Get them “with a fork,” because they’re worth separating from additional flavors in bread. So, SO good.
Today had the baked beans, that were surprisingly different, in the best possible way.
