Lovely house, gardens and pool. Everything you could want for a relaxing holiday with youngsters. Thoroughly recommend it. A real home from home.

Spent a great week with the family in this lovely house with it's beautiful gardens and fabulous pool which, despite the weather was used every day. We'll definitely be booking again!

We stayed here for a week as an extended family of six young/older adults as we were going to a family wedding in the area. Even more extended family were in the area and so visited during our stay.
THE HOUSE:
The house was lovely and felt like a family home rather than a show home. It was very well equipped and the only thing I didn't locate was a cheese grater (which may just have been a reflection of my poor searching). When the additional family visited we had plenty of cutlery/crockery/serving dishes etc. This contrasts with many other holiday houses we've rented where we've felt minimal levels of equipment have been provided.
There are 4 bedrooms: if the party is mainly adults and wants privacy then treating each bedroom as a double would be realistic. However, for extended family holidays with younger children the two rooms with bunks would be ideal for providing additional beds and sleeping 12 would be realistic. This would have been great when our children were young and we regularly holidayed with another family.
The whole house gives a feeling of space: particularly the lounge and conservatory. The conservatory has glorious views over the gardens and to the countryside beyond.
There are a number of games/books/jigsaws in the dining room that would entertain children.
THE GARDEN/EXTERIOR:
There are beautifully kept gardens to all sides. They slope at the front down to the swimming pool: they are more level round the back and sides. We saw a variety of birds, rabbits, and squirrels. To the side there are two football nets which were used by our crowd for football. In the garage there is a full size table tennis table and a number of resources for outdoor games.

What a lovely place, great facilities, beautiful location. Great service from start to finish, a perfect home away from home, very welcoming, we will definitely be returning. Can't thank you enough.

Stayed with children and grandchildren. Beautiful grounds, despite inclement weather grandchildren in the pool everyday, thanks to wet suits and life jackets provided.
Plenty of games available, kitchen very well equipped.
Convenient location for visiting surrounding area.
Would definitely recommend this location for large family group.
