It was the 1st of Jan and we were on our way back to Dallas, there wasn't much open and we did a quick search and found this. We went in and the place was empty, the waitress seemed annoyed that she was working when it was meant to be a holiday - she directly said this lol. Service was not great to say the least. Ordered the Teriyaki Salmon, it came with soup and fried rice. Pad Thai, Thai Chicken and 2 kids meals. All dishes came with soup. Salmon was over-fried and the sauce watered down - you'd think being a Japanese place this would be the safest option, but clearly it wasn't run by Japanese. Pad Thai was sweeter than anything, tasted like they mixed it with sugar and sweet chilli sauce - very unauthentic. The fried rice was the best along with the soup. When we got home, half of us got sick. So, yep will definitely remember our little stop in Jackson, just wish we went to McDonalds or one of the fast food places.
