NJGumbo,

We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay at the Hooker Hotel. As you mentioned, our location, in the heart of the downtown Historic District, allows our guests to walk to Blues Clubs Red's, Ground Zero Blues Club, the New Roxy; restaurants Oxbow, Yazoo Pass, Stone Pony, Dreamboat BBQ & Tamales,Bluesberry; museums Delta Blues Museum, & the Rock & Blues Museum, all within 5 minutes or less. There is also a wine & spirits store, a convenience store, and shopping within a block. Art Galleries including the Hambone Art & Music Gallery, Foxtrot: Turned Earth Gallery, the Lambfish Gallery, and Brick Gallery are all within a block of our front door.
We feature art and artists of the Mississippi Delta, and currently have works from 22 artists in our guest suites. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and please come back again real soon.

Best,
