Server Randy was excellent in explaining the menu and making suggestions. Randy was constantly of service without being overbearing. Ordered a bottle of wine with a couple of apps. Dirty rice balls with jalapeno cane syrup and crab claws. This was followed up with a cream of asparugus soup and a CQ house salad. The entrees were twin Maine lobster tails and their take in bone in pork chop grilled to perfection. This was finished off with a creme brulee that was garnished with fresh cream and raspberries. As opposed to other steak or sea food restaurants in Biloxi casinos there was a very good mix of entrees for non sea food eaters or vice versa. After a few drinks thrown in for good measure, this was truly a memorable romantic evening with a great view of the Gulf.
