My wife and I dined at Cov for dinner on a Saturday night. We waited about an hour for outdoor seating, we could have been seated earlier had we wanted to dine inside. First of all, we had an excellent server named Tommy who had a fun personality and had some good recommendations. We started with the fried green tomatoes appetizer, which was excellent. Our entrees of scallops and steak and frites were also very good. Our server suggested the brussel sprouts with bacon which were really excellent and I'm not a brussel sprout fan normally.
So, the food and setting are great, plus you get the added bonus of seeing a number of medically enhanced people and guys pulling up in their Ferrarri so that everyone can see them get out of the car. Very entertaining.
It a nice place to go for a special occasion.
