Blue Mountains Organic Restaurant is beyond "just" and restaurant. It is a dream space for people to meditate, generate creative projects, meet with the beautiful community members, and they happen to serve AMAZING, nourishing and delicious organic food, smoothies and coffee. So much thought and energy has gone into every single detail at Blue Mountains Organic Restaurant. The restaurant is the brain child of a multi-generational bio-organic farmer who wanted to provide a space where belief systems and dogma is left at the door and people from all walks could share in what we all have in common - love for good food, music and the human spirit that links us all. How do I know all of this? The owner welcomed us personally and freely shared his passion project.
We casually dined on fresh coffee (that was brewed to scientifically engineered precision), spiced banana golden milk smoothie and Caribbean-style organic chicken, coconut black beans and rice, and the freshest salad. Not only did everything taste delicious and unique from anything else in the area, I felt nourished both in body and soul!
Blue Mountains Organic Restaurant has recently opened, I can't WAIT to see how this space flourishes when the surrounding community of Dominical, Lagunas, Platanillo and Tinamastes learns about it!

Beautiful beautiful restaurant with delicious organic, locally grown food. Beautiful scenery and very hospitable host. Located right near the beautiful Nauyaca waterfall. 10/10 recommended I had an amazing experience
