Pho was delicious. The poor waitress was so swamped, it took a while before she took our order but the food was delivered very quickly.

I was comforted by the hot pho soup on a chilly winter evening. My friends tried the fried rice and noodle dishes and were not disappointed.

Pad Thai was great! So were the Thai egg rolls. Friendly staff and quick service. Nice atmosphere and it was clean. We will be stopping again!

As travellers from southeast asia, we are always on the hunt for good Asian food. So after spending some time in the Midwest, we decided to check out this place.

Don't be deceived by the simple outward appearance and decor. The Vietnamese food is actually quite tasty. We were impressed with the texture of the pho and the taste of the soup. The Vietnamese spring rolls were also above average, though for some reason, the spring roll wrapping was rather "sticky" to the plate and chopsticks (this phenomenon persisted in spite of several visits to this restaurant). Perhaps this had something to do with the storage or preparation of the spring rolls.

When we polled our Midwestern friends about where to get the best pho in Rochester MN, the opinion was divided between pho tai and pho chau. I think both are very good, with pho tai having a slight edge in our opinion because of the texture of their pho.
