On a visit to see family in Perham, we went to Lakes Cafe. It's filled with locals and that's always the best place to eat! My breakfast was a 2 egg omelet with bacon, peppers, tomatoes and pepper jack cheese. Hash browns and rye toast. It sure hit the spot on this rainy day in Minnesota. The coffee was hot too! This is a nice clean restaurant where my cousins eat regularly. We sat in a space kind of off to the side so we could visit. Everything was clean and our waitress was nice and good at her job.
I don't know what hours this place is open. Most of the cafes in this area are not open every day and close up early, so call before you go.
