The pool was shut down, as was the spa, we were informed it alwyas is form Sunday thru Monday every week for maintenance. We wanted to unwind in the pool, but we were only there from Sunday to monday night, and both nights the pool wasn't accessable. We are seniors, and looked forward to that m ore than anything. We already had another booing but cancelled, because THIS hotel was closer to where we were going, but we felt it was expensive for the money charged. Thanks for letting me say all of this.....

Linens smelled like soap. Bed rolled to the middle. TV didn't work. Called to resolve, but couldn't be fixed. Breakfast didn't have any fruit. McDonalds drive through outside our window. Rooms were old and outdated. Hardly any room to sit down for breakfast--shared a table with other folks. And the worst part: the room was over priced--almost $200.

Arrived to find out no first floor rooms, no elevator. Two men behind counter no one even offered to help.(I am a senior). Ok. Door handle on bathroom broken upon arrival, not fixed the whole time we were there, got trapped in there once. Out for the day arrive back and male desk clerk outside on break, our arms full he nodded and never tried to open the door. Customer service lessons needed.
