What a hidden gem! This small restaurant is located in a quiet neighborhood nestled near Prospect Park. Cute little outdoor patio next to this old corner grocery building. Our waiter did a great job, though I think he was the only one on duty. He gave us very good recommendations, too. The pot roast is so tender. Scallops and risotto were a real treat.

An out of the way neighborhood cafe that has stood the test of time. Nestled in a residential area it might be overlooked. They have a wonderful outdoor dining area with flowers and large trees. We did notice the lack of staff, but the server Erick ran his butt off and handled all the tasks. Their beer and wine choices and a little thin with a slight overage in the wine pricing by the glass. We had Caesar salad, scallops, and their salmon. The scallops were perfect, and everything else was very good. The meals were served with many choices of sides, all were good. Tuesday night is gluten free night and Wed. is date night. Did I mention they could use a little more staff.

Waited a long time for service and there was only 5 tables occupied. Food was ok, not as good as this past winter (it was amazing the last time we ate here, hence our return trip).

The bathroom conditions were deplorable! It was so gross!!!! some of our silverware was dirty, the next table over sent their dish back due to hair in it, there was mold on the curtain that is covering a area outside the kitchen (it looked to be a closet area to store dishes) the patio furniture was dirty and covered in leaves....the whole place needs better maintenance and a good stiff clean regularly!
I was very sad by this second trip because we really enjoyed our last time here and it has changed so much in such a short time.

I went to Signature for a 'sisters' supper with a party of four. We arrived a little early for our reservation, were seated but couldn't get menus for quite a while because "a large party just arrived". And when we finally got the menus - we could only get three for the four of us... We ordered everything at the same time - drinks, firsts, entrees - and then the circus started: an appetizer on the online menu that was one of the reasons for our coming was pronounced "not available - our IT guy isn't good, that menu is inaccurate". A similar appetizer on the actual menu had run out (this was at 7:30 PM). Two of our party ordered scallops but - only one serving was left in the kitchen. It took way way too long to get our drinks.
And the food was not amazing.
All in all - VERY disappointed

We arrived and the waiter brought water. It took an hour for him to get our drink orders and then he insisted on taking our meal orders at that time. He also found it amusing to stop and tell a long, boring story. The drinks arrived. He brought the wrong one to me. So we began again. Fifteen minutes later I got my glass of wine. Dinner arrived almost 2 hours after our 6:30 arrival. It was a comedy of errors. The food was marginal. The sweet potato fries were frozen but he assured me they were warmed up in olive oil. They were out of scallops and crab cakes (probably no one went to Costo to pick them up in time). Never will I return.
