We were promptly seated by a friendly host in a comfortable plush booth. Our server was pleasant and responsive. The setting was warm and welcoming. We placed our order and sipped our drinks as we shouted back and forth across the table. This was the only way we could communicate (we don't know sign language). As the evening progressed the noise level became more and more intense. My wife ordered Chicken with Ravioli and I ordered Cajun Chicken Fettucini. Both were tasty, hot, and served with ample sauce. This could have been a very memorable, pleasant evening. It had all the ingredients. Instead, it was memorable but not in a good way.
