Saw some good and some bad reviews and was hoping it would be good. Have to say it was not what I had hoped and didn’t have high expectations going into it. Was planning to arrive late and leave early so wouldn’t need a fancy place. However, this place is very out of date and in need of remodel if it wants to be successful. The floors were sticky as I walked in so didn’t remove my shoes. Room had a musty smell and the sheets are scratchy. I pulled down the sheet and found a small amount of what looked like brush from outside. Late and knowing I would be there a short time just dealt with it as if they were dropped on the way in from the clothesline. Grew up with 9 kids in the family so don’t need posh but do expect comfortable and sorry for me this missed the mark.

Lady at the front desk was nice, but when we reached the room, it was dirty: plastic grocery bags in a cabinet, filthy fridge, nasty mattress. The worst part has been trying to get $$$ back from Expedia.

Booked this hotel through Hotwire, so I wasn’t able to research the hotel in advance. Hotwire advertised that the hotel had a free breakfast. When we asked about it, it’s just coffee and granola bars. Didn’t stay the night to find out! The hotel advertises that they will supply dishes, etc. You have to go down to reception and ask for them yourself. You get a large rubber made box with dirty looking dishes. I asked for a coffee maker and they were all out.

Our first room was dirty, surfaces were grimy, the bedside table was broken, and the sheets had a grey stain on them that looked fresh. We asked for a new room. The first thing we checked was the bed sheets. Again, there was a nasty orange stain on the mattress cover, also looked like the cover hadn’t been washed at all. The tv in this room didn’t work. We asked for another room. This one seemed the best of them all, but right before we were about to get into bed, a bedbug crawled out of the sheets. That was the last straw. We picked up our stuff and left. We weren’t offered a refund, but told to call the manager in the morning.

They also take a $50 deposit if you book online, and the receptionist said it won’t be credited back for 5-7days!

This hotel was not cheap and so i really was not expecting this quality of hotel.

Room Tip: Check your bed before you sleep in it

Thank you for being our guest and for taking time to leave feedback. Please know that we have strict policies and procedures in place to prevent issues of this nature. However, we would appreciate additional information to identify the room you occupied so we may properly investigate and follow up if needed. Additionally, we are sorry if there was an issue with your bill. We do require a credit card or debit card for incidentals. We place a hold on the account to make sure that the card is valid, which is standard industry practice. In the event no incidentals are incurred, we release the hold back into your account. Depending on your banking institution, this may take anywhere from 3-7 days. We apologize for the inconvenience, and if you are still in doubt, please contact our General Manager directly to discuss your charges. Thank you for being our guest, and we hope you will consider giving us another chance in the future.

this hotel was absolutely terrible. I arrived around 9 pm to find no employee to check me in. There was a note on the counter to use the phone behind me to call for a staff member. The phone was disgusting, yellowed and covered in grime. I attempted approximately 5 times over a period of about 15 minutes to contact a staff member only to hear a busy signal on the phone. The lobby was dirty, and smelled terrible, and seemed very unsafe. I decided to take my business to another hotel. The extended stay staff should be very disappointed in the way this facility is representing their brand.

Discusting, and unclean, pubic hair everywhere. Every surface had a layer of scum on it. The beater did not work right. Bedding had stains, pillow cases were dirty, wash cloths were used, towels refolded and dirty.
